still has  a big problem  money buys out loyality    female agents  sell out first for money$ and sex .Afro-american female agents are put in harms way more than white agents .And Afro American  male agents are put in danger more than white male agents ,and the U.S. GOV.will  not bargain to get them back like they do white spies black spies  are dead once they are caught.
